Loaded Brands Limited hereinafter can be referred to either as Loaded Brands, Loaded Brands Limited, "us", or "we".
The Customer hereinafter can be referred to either as the Customer, "you" or "your".
Our Products for sale on this website hereinafter can be referred to as "product/s", "items/s", "purchase/s" or "clothing".
By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, sizes and colours of our products. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, sizes and colours are complete, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition. See our polices on Returns, Exchanges and Refunds below for further terms and conditions.
Product Variations
Sizes and Colours
Our clothing is available in various sizes and colours. While we make every effort to display product colours accurately, discrepancies can occur due to differences in web design technologies and monitor settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen matches the actual colour of the product.
All sizes are approximate in inches and for guidance purposes only.
Printing Quality
The designs on our clothing are printed, packed, and shipped by a third-party printing service. While we aim to ensure high-quality printing, minor variations and imperfections may occur. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.
Orders and Payments
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Loaded Brands Limited. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, which will be indicated at checkout. Payment must be received in full before the order is processed and shipped.
Printing, Shipping and Delivery
Printing
Our clothing is printed, packaged and shipped by a third-party company. The usual lead time for printing can be up to 7 calendar days, however you will be notified should there be any delays with your order. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these lead times and further accept that there may be delays on occasion for the printing, shipping and delivery of your purchase.
Shipping
We offer shipping to various locations around the world via a third-party. Shipping times and costs will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
All orders are processed and shipped by our third-party printing service. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping
For international orders, additional customs fees and taxes may apply. These charges are for the account and sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
Delivery
Loaded Brands Limited, or any of its partners cannot be held liable for missing purchases, whether that be at any stage during shipping, in transit, or at the delivery address provided at time of purchase. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that if purchases are shipped untracked, the purchases are delivered to a safe and secure location. Should a purchase go missing, the customer is responsible, in the first instance, for enquiring at the local postal or delivery service prior to contacting our Customer Services team.
If your purchase is "return to sender' or any reason, you will be liable for any additional shipping costs once processed and sent to the original address again, or to an alternative address provided by the customer. Our Customer Services team will make one attempt at contacting the customer to obtain confirmation of the original purchase delivery address, alternatively a new delivery address. If the customer fails to respond within 5 (FIVE) calendar days, Loaded Brands Limited and its partners reserve the right not resend the original purchased item/s and no refund or exchange whatsoever will be due to the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or it is defective, you may return it within 5 calendar days of delivery confirmation. If you notify our Customer Services team after this date, Loaded Brands Limited and its partners reserve the right to refuse the return. Please see Refunds and Exchanges policy below for further details.
You must initiate the return process by contacting our Customer Services team in the first instance. If you do not do so and return the item prior to receiving instructions from our Customer Services team, Loaded Brands Limited and its partners reserve the right to refuse the return.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We only provide refunds or exchanges for defective products. The refund or exchange will only be for the value of the original website listed price of the returned item at time of purchase, excluding any other charges including but not limited to shipping, delivery, card processing fees, import or other taxes etc. Our Customer Services team will advise on the process and whether the defective item will need to be returned. Please note that if the customer notifies our Customer Services team after a period of 28 calendar days from date of the original purchase's shipping date, the customer can only claim an exchange of the item, and not a refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a defective product, you may exchange the item only. Refunds will not be provided for returns of this nature. The exchange will only be for the value of the original website listed price at time of purchase for the returned item, excluding any other charges including but not limited to shipping, delivery, card processing fees, import or other taxes etc. Customers will be liable for the shipping costs for returning and receiving the exchanged item. Our Customer Services team will advise on the process and whether the defective item will need to be returned.
Limitation of Liability
Loaded Brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of The United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
